Rajiv (Raj) Sardana is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at ACS Group. He is a successful entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience working with multi-national companies in several industries, including investment and workforce management. Raj founded American CyberSystems, Inc. (ACS Group) in 1998 and has spearheaded its growth into a global organization with more than 10,000 employees deployed across 25 different countries worldwide.

Currently, ACS Group has 30+ office locations in the United States as well as delivery centers in India in Noida, New Delhi, and Kanpur.
Throughout the growth of ACS Group, Raj has remained committed to giving back to the communities in which the company does business. Along with his wife, Nita Sardana, Vice President of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving, Raj has led ACS Group to support local U.S.-based non-profit organizations such as the YWCA’s “Teen Girls in Technology” Program and the Atlanta Food Bank. Through its India operations, ACS Group supports the Earth Savior Foundation, an NGO based in Delhi which works to promote social consciousness and environmentalism.
Prior to founding ACS Group, Raj served as president and CEO of Applied Communications, Inc., a multi-media and technology company in Atlanta, Georgia. He also served as president and CEO of a multi-million dollar private equity group with a diverse and extensive investment portfolio in real estate, retail, and service industries. Additional industries served include technology, aviation, defense, venture investment, and financial services.
Raj holds a Master’s Degree in Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an Advanced Management degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He brings strategic vision and extensive experience in both U.S. and offshore markets.
P. Nick Goel
Pankaj (Nick) Goel is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of ACS Group. Nick joined ACS Group as a Controller in June 2005 and has since held various positions with increasing responsibilities within the company. His contribution to ACS’ aggressive growth has been significant, and it has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronical who declared him the “2015 CFO of the Year” under the “Large Private Company” category.

Nick has more than 23 years of progressive experience in all phases of financial management, including strong expertise in Corporate Finance; Financial Planning & Analysis; Forecasting & Budgeting; Financial Operations & Accounting, and M&As.
Prior to joining ACS Group, Nick worked as Senior Financial Analyst for Claredon Textiles, Inc. from 2001 to 2005. Previously, he was the General Manager, Finance with Girnar Fibres Ltd from 1996 to 2000, and prior to that, he worked for a public accounting firm, S.K. Mehta & Co. in New Delhi, India, from 1992 to 1996.
Nick holds various professional licenses including a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute, CPA from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, and Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition to that, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the G.N.D. University in India. He is a regular member of CFA Institute, CFA Society of Atlanta, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Promod Vohra is the SVP and Chief Human Resources and Talent Strategy Officer for ACS Group. In this
role, Promod is responsible for overseeing the Global HR operations and innovative talent management
strategies to ensure that ACS continues to play a critical role in the staffing and solutions industry.

With more than 35 years of professional and academic expertise, Promod built a path of student career success starting from recruitment to placement. In doing so, he developed partnerships with more than 500 businesses and created mutually beneficial relationships. He has always considered workforce development and training to be an essential part of any economic activity. His commitment to serving the country by creating a well-educated workforce has been the central piece of his career. His transition to ACS extends his career in workforce development, training, and staffing.
Promod holds a B.S.E.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, New Delhi, India; an M.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering and an Ed.D. in Instructional Technology, both from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL.
Jeff Hoekstra is the Group Vice President of Analysts International Corporation (Analysts). In this role, he is responsible for the development and delivery of Analysts’ differentiated business offerings with a focus on Enterprise Information Management solutions.

Jeff is a business development executive with more than 20 years of experience in business entrepreneurship, IT consulting, and software products and services development. Before joining the Analysts team in 2012, Jeff held a variety of Senior Account Executive positions where he identified, developed, and managed strategic relationships and provided direction and support to CIOs and senior IT executives. Jeff was also the founder and managing partner for several consulting firms where he focused on business strategy development, market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and rapid application software development resources for small businesses and start-up organizations.
Jeff is a highly motivated strategic leader and results-driven professional with a broad business history in both domestic and international business-to-business environments. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas, with post-graduate work at
Skip Fogus is the Chief Information Officer for Analysts International Corporation (Analysts), a subsidiary of ACS Group. As the CIO, Skip establishes and oversees the company’s practices and technology specialization initiatives.

Skip has been a member of the Analysts team for more than 20 years and has 35 years of overall professional experience in business and operational management, project management, application architecture, design, and development. He specializes in the management and delivery of large or complex projects, and is a recognized leader in the justice and public safety domain.
Paul Cmiel is the Vice President of Sales for Analysts International Corporation (Analysts), a subsidiary of ACS Group. As Vice President, Paul leads a team of sales directors located throughout the United States, and he works closely with delivery professionals to ensure project success for our clients.

Prior to joining Analysts in 2012, Paul was the Senior Director, Global Healthcare Vertical, Sales and Marketing for CIBER. Here he was responsible for working with the sales and marketing teams to promote and drive new business in the healthcare market on both a national and global level.
Paul has more than 21 years of experience in developing and marketing business and technical solutions, so he is highly-skilled in delivering solutions tied to clients’ strategic initiatives, resulting in strong ROI. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
