Chris Grenz
EIM Practice Director

Chris Grenz is the Enterprise Information Management Practice Director at Analysts. In this role, Chris leads his delivery team by developing and training in technical best practices, building high performance delivery teams, and ensuring that clients are delighted with their Analysts team. Chris is Analysts’ voting member of HL7, and he actively participates in a variety of committees as part of their investment in the HL7 FHIR standard and community.
Prior to joining the Analysts team, Chris was a principal in consulting groups at Cognizant, Perficient, and Ciber where he acted as architect, program manager, and in delivery leadership roles. He specializes in Agile EIM/BI delivery using Kanban flow-based management combined with DevOps practices like continuous integration, testing, and delivery in the EIM space. These innovations have led to improved responsiveness to changing client needs, lower TCO for analytics systems, and improved executive satisfaction for his clients.
Chris is a principal-level professional consultant with more than 16 years of BI strategy and implementation experience. He is fluent in business and technical concerns with a concentration in BI strategic alignment and high-performing BI delivery. He has experience with both payer (insurance) and provider-side healthcare clients providing both strategic guidance and delivery leadership.

Joe Wivoda
Sr. Director of Healthcare, Emerging Practice

Joe Wivoda is our Senior Director of Healthcare at Analysts. He leads our healthcare IT practice, with a particular focus on rural health. A nationally recognized expert in Health IT (HIT), Joe has worked for more than 20 years advising rural healthcare organizations, most recently as the CIO of The National Rural Health Resource Center. Today, Joe and his team at Analysts are helping our clients achieve true EHR interoperability across the care continuum, realize an ROI from electronic health systems, analyze and report on clinical data, and use HIT to improve patient outcomes, workforce retention, and financial stability.
Joe received his BS and MS degrees in Physics from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and has completed the coursework for a PhD in Business Administration from Northcentral University. Equally comfortable conversing in technical and business strategy, Joe is a sought-after speaker at HIMSS, NCHN, NRHA, and state rural health conferences.

Tanya Stauffer
Practice Head JPS

As the senior director of our government solutions practice, Tanya manages client relationships, provides thought leadership and strategic consulting, and has led numerous projects for our public sector clients throughout her 15+ years with Analysts.
Tanya advises clients on technical approaches for criminal justice-to-healthcare systems integration, statewide justice information exchange, statewide justice portals, sex offender registry integration, computerized criminal history system integration,
automated fingerprint identification system integration, and successful strategies to implement justice information sharing at the state level. She has a deep understanding of government funding opportunities. And she has experience in the adoption of national standards such as Global Reference Architecture (GRA), National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) and Global Federated Identity and Privilege Management (GFIPM).

Tanya was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Integrated Justice Information Systems Institute (IJIS). IJIS represents industry’s leading companies who collaborate with local, state, tribal, and federal agencies to provide technical assistance, training, and support services for information exchange and technology initiatives (www.ijis.org).
